In addition, we encourage our project management staff to become certified through their respective specialties like NACE International, formally known as "The National Association of Corrosion Engineers" for coatings professionals. Our IT department is totally engaged in developing new processes and systems upgrades to provide our managers and supervisors with the necessary tools to perform their jobs more efficiently and effectively.
